Instructions for Use
HYDRATECH POLYLUBE
PolyLube is a specially formulated low volatility plasticizer blend for use as ‘A’ side pump lubricant as well as the preferred media for long term storage of pumps and hoses. PolyLube helps retain the integrity of hoses and seals when equipment is not in use. Polyurea and foam spray equipment cleaned with PolyFlush and purged with PolyLube will ensure consistent operations with low maintenance over the life of the equipment.
Limitations
Not recommended for use as a cleaning or flushing material, the use of PolyFlush for such applications is highly recommended. Ensure PolyLube is completely purged from equipment prior to application.

Shelf Life & Storage
The product has a shelf life of six months when stored in the original unopened containers and not subject to temperatures below 70ºF and above 130ºF.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
After each use, flush equipment with PolyFlush to purge out all product and clean wetted parts. Once equipment is clean, PolyFlush is to be purged out and replaced with PolyLube for storage. Avoid the introduction of air into the equipment and maintain positive pressure in lines when system is closed.
Prior to equipment start up, PolyLube is to be purged out and replaced with product to be sprayed.
When utilizing PolyLube as lube for A side pumps, fill reservoir with PolyLube and replace with clean PolyLube on a regular basis.
