HYDRATECH POLYFLUSH
PolyFlush is a specially formulated high flash point solvent blend for use as spray equipment cleaning solvent and pump flush. Polyurea and foam spray equipment cleaned with PolyFlush and purged with PolyLube will ensure consistent operations with low maintenance over the life of the equipment.
Limitations
Not recommended for long term storage use in hoses and pumps due to the potential for degradation of hose material and pump seals. PolyLube should be used in such circumstances.

Shelf Life & Storage
The product has a shelf life of six months when stored in the original unopened containers and not subject to temperatures below 70ºF and above 130ºF.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
After each use, flush equipment with PolyFlush to purge out all product and clean wetted parts. Once equipment is clean, PolyFlush is to be purged out and replaced with PolyLube for storage. Avoid the introduction of air into the equipment and maintain positive pressure in lines when system is closed.
Prior to equipment start up, PolyLube is to be purged out and replaced with product to be sprayed.
When utilizing PolyFlush as a parts cleaner, remove seals and gaskets and soak metal parts in PolyFlush. For thorough cleaning PolyFlush can be warmed using appropriate vessel (non flame bearing). When equipment is clean thoroughly dry off all parts.
