HYDRATECH HYDRALINE 4135
- The HydraLine 4135 is a unique, high performance acid resistant coating.
- The 4135 provides excellent adhesion to a variety of substrates while allowing a sag free application at high film builds.
- HydraLine 4135 can be filled with chopped fibers to create a chemical resistant filler / putty or be filled with Portland cement to form a chemical resistant mortar / grout.
- The HydraLine 4135 can be utilized in combination with a variety of woven fabrics to give a chemical resistant structural repair.

INSTALLATION PROCEDURE
- Prep substrate
- Mechanically mix together both 4135 components until uniform in color.
- Apply 4135 to prepared substrate via brush or spreader.
- Allow 4135 to cure a minimum of 24Hr before return to service, permit seven day cure for immersion applications in contact with aggressive reagents.
NOTE
The 4135 System is not intended for applications with exposure to strong acids, organic acids, strong solvents (MEK, Acetone, Alcohol) at elevated temperatures. Consult technical staff regarding applications where exposure to organic acids or strong solvents may exist. To be applied by certified personnel only. See MSDS for additional safety information. System will discolor when exposed to sunlight.
